Do I have to pay for updates ?
No! We give constant updates to our software, add new templates and you get it all for FREE! Because Cozybills is on the cloud, when we make an update or add new features, they automatically show up in your account!
Do I have to install anything ?
No! We created Cozybills so you wouldn’t have to have a whole I.T. department to run your website! Just login, start clicking, and you can start billing your customers from the members area!
What features are included in the trial ?
Every package includes a 30-day trial. So you get all the features included in the package you select. All packages include at least 1 user, 20 quotes, 20 invoices, and document automation.
What payments methods are accepted ?
We accept credit cards for both monthly and yearly memberships. International payment service with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa). Debit cards are not accepted. We only accept payments in US Dollars ($).
Can I switch packages ?
We only allow upgrades and we would be more than happy to help you find the right package for your business. If you wish to downgrade, you can do it by cancelling your current subscription. However, your data will not be saved.
Is my data safe ?
Absolutely. All data exchanged and stored using Cozybills are done via a secure channel. With Cozybills all your sensitive data are stored in an established and secure credit payment platform with the highest standards. We use SSL certificates in our app.
Can I cancel my subscription ?
If you are not satisfied with our product or service, you can cancel your subscription by sending a simple email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If I cancel my Cozybills account, will I lose my data ?
When you cancel your account, you have the opportunity to download csv files of your accounts and contacts or “pause” your account and we’ll keep everything backed up waiting so you can come back again later!
